We are manufacturers of classic and elegant photograph frames. Since our founding in 1980, we have remained true to our high standards of craftsmanship and love of esthetics, creating a unique blend of quality and beauty. Our works of art are completely constructed by hand in our studio in Santa Barbara. We continue to strive for perfection, knowing you will treasure these frames.

Photographic images on paper were first invented in France in the 1880’s. Those treasured images, printed by professional photographers, were displayed in graceful brass and beveled glass frames. One hundred years later, we started our company, reproducing antique photograph frames that were created in France at that time.
Our artists use the same techniques and materials as used in Old World France. We individually hand solder each frame using solid brass parts. A compression spring, connecting the top and bottom channels, is concealed within a square tube in the back of the frame. By gently pulling apart the top and bottom sections tension is released, and photographs can easily be inserted. A clear lacquer finish is applied to prevent the frame from tarnishing. To provide a hallmark for the collector we hand stamp our name into the metal. All our designs are offered in solid brass and fine silver plate. Beveled glass completes the graceful and almost frameless look.

We take pleasure in working to provide our customers with the finest quality and best service available. We hope you will enjoy our frames as much as we enjoy making them.
